This product is not part of our regular "Essentials" program and we do not recommend it for everyone. If you have been tested and are known to be deficient in Vitamin D or are someone who is inside most of the day (Vitamin D is produced when the sun shines on your skin), this is a great supplement for you. As with all our products, we use organic ingredients when available. The ingredients in this product are Vitamin D3 disolved in organic sesame oil. 1 Drop = 1000IU, 300 Drops per bottle, 10 ml, take one or two drops per day or as directed by your health care provider.
