Our son is six years old.  He was diagnosed type I diabetic a year ago.  The doctors and dietitians put him on a high carb diet.  We couldn't get him to eat as much as they recommended.  Now that we have read the book you recommended and started using the products, we now know a better way, the only way to manage his diabetes.  He now only uses one fourth of insulin and eats one fourth of the carts.  He isn't always hungry and asking for more and his numbers are much better.  My wife and I have also noticed improvements in our appetites and energy.  - Jim and Paula
